Rent-To-Own Program
Rent-to-Own
Rent-to-own is a no credit check option, ideal for those who need extra space but don’t have the cash to pay for it up front. For the same price as a fixed storage unit, you can enjoy the convenience of having a storage building at your home or business. Best of all, there’s no penalty for early payoff and the building is all yours at the end of the agreement term.
Details include:
- No credit check required
- Flexible payment terms of 2, 3, 4, or 5 years
- One monthly payment is due at sale (certain exclusions apply)
- No penalty for early pay off
90-Days Same-as-Cash
Some dealers offer a no credit check 90-days same-as-cash as payment option. Pay the same price as you would up front, but spread out over 3 equal payments. Ask your local dealer about the 90 days same-as-cash option.
Details include:
- No credit check required
- 3 monthly payments and payoff before 90 days from delivery
- One monthly payment is due at sale (certain exclusions apply)
- No penalty for early payoff
- If the balance is not paid off in 90 days, the contract will be converted to a 60 month term
